Thanks, Stan. I know this will be especially helpful to our study group. It will be easy for Alyce to post her summaries. There are so many great ideas generated by everyone at the meetings Saturday evenings.
Blessings, Marilyn
Thinking about our mission to the surrounding community of our church, I am so grateful for all those who participated in the following activities this year:
our church rummage sale
blood donation drive
the community prayer activity
neighborhood association meetings
creating and passing out flyers for VBS
providing food and resources for VBS
volunteer leading for VBS
encouraging and bringing neighbors to church services
providing and maintaining good affordable neighborhood child care while
serving on the Pilgrim School Board
According to our neighbors , our church is a “bright light” of hope and caring in our neighborhood. Blessings, Marilyn

I’ve been thinking about what Hulen said was great about our church from her point of view:
open, spontaneous and welcoming
excited young people
many opportunities for mission
Let’s celebrate those.
By the way, there is an article about Ellen Ott and Under the Bridge in the paper today. Blessings, Marilyn
